I’m Host a Pet Blog Carnival and You’re Invited!

We all know Halloween is in October.  However, October is also Adopt a Shelter Dog month. October is also National Pet Wellness month. 

I have big, big plans to celebrate October with pet giveaways because pets, dogs, and rescue organizations are topics so near and dear to my heart.

To kick it off, I'm hosting the October Green Mom's Carnival on Condo Blues October 12, 2011. Our topic is Green Pets! I’m inviting all of you to participate!

You don’t need to be a member of the Green Moms Carnival, a green blogger, a mom, or a woman. Men, that means you are welcome to participate too! *Looks in Rob’s World’s direction*

How to participate in the Green Pets Carnival


  • Write a post on your about greening your pet. Maybe it’s an adoption or rehoming story. Maybe it is something you made, you use, or do for your pet.  Be creative!      

I want Lisa to rent a bouncy house for her carnival! 
Then she told me it's not that kind of carnival. Bummer, dude.

  • You don't have to write a post about Adopt a Shelter Dog Month or National Pet Wellness month to participate. Any post to do with pets - even imaginary ones - are fine with me! 

  • Email the link to your green pet blog post to me at condoblues [AT] gmail {dot] com before the deadline Monday October 10, 2011.

  • I will post all of the posts I receive via email on Condo Blues Wednesday October 12th.

I’m looking forward to reading and sharing all of your fabulous ideas with the Green Moms Carnival blog audience and our 72,089 Twitter followers!

  1. I have participated in Green Mom's carnivals before. After all I am a Green "Mutha" ;P. And I plan to participate in this one as well!

  3. We dream of having a dog someday. I can tell you really enjoyed hosting this one. As I said, I know nothing on this one, but I tweeted and posted to FB so others can benefit from all this wisdom.
